1. No refund of payment will be encouraged after the dispatch of the product. Once refund request is accepted by the publisher, a token amount of 5% (on the entire payment) will be deducted as processing fee.
2. Product once sold cannot be returned.
3. Replacement of product will be allowed only for manufacturing defect (page missing, cover missing, printing deformities, binding issue, etc.,) of the product and replacement request must be done within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
4. To get proper replacement, the customer must act according to the replacement policy of the company. If failed to act Mr.Book will not be liable for any mishap.
