Replacement of product will be allowed only for manufacturing defect (page missing, cover missing, printing deformities, binding issue, etc.,) of the product and replacement request must be done within 48 hours of the receipt of the product.
To get proper replacement, the customer must act according to the replacement policy of the company. If failed to act Mr.Book will not be liable for any mishap.
